These conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law, unless expressly stated otherwise. The Provider and the User agree to resolve any controversy arising from the provision of products or services, subject to these conditions, before the Courts and Tribunals of the domicile of the Provider.
In the case that the User is domiciled outside of Spain, both the Provider and the User expressly waive any other forum, submitting to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the domicile of the Provider.
Applicable Legislation and Competent Jurisdiction:
These conditions are governed in accordance with Spanish legislation. Fellatrix SL and the user agree to submit any disputes that may arise in relation to the contracting of products or services subject to these General Conditions, to the Courts and Tribunals of the domicile of the User.
This agreement seeks to provide a clear framework for the resolution of potential disputes, ensuring appropriate jurisdiction.
